The paper is partially recyclable, locally manufactured and bought. Virtually any paper stock can be chosen for hand made bags allowing the greatest flexibility, recommended weights range from 128 g to 250 g. Paper can be chosen from kraft (natural or white), clay coated (one or two sides), textured or embossed papers. Paper comes in standard roll width - 650 mm, 787 mm, 900 mm. Orders over 10, 000 can have a customized size.



A variety of handles are available: Braided soft cord (synthetic or natural) in long/short lengths or uniquely die-cut handles.



Reinforcing grommets are also available in stock of custom color.



Our equipment includes the latest Heidelberg CD-102 four color printing machinery and various two color printing machinery. It ranges from offset, rotogravure, silkscreen, embossing, hot stamping, spot lamination, to matte varnish inside and outside.



The bags are folded and glued by hand or by machine. With cardboard-reinforced tops folded down and card reinforced bottoms, matte lamination, and gloss lamination.
