The quick water-soluble film used for pesticides packaging is based on polymers that can quickly dissolve into the water and plasticizers, softening agents, surfactants and dispersants.The packaging film is produced through special techniques.



1.Descriptions of the packaging film

(3) Solubility:The film can dissolved into water quickly and the solubility is weight ratio 1:1 of water to film

(4) Dissolution time:The dissolution of film starts immediately within 1 second and it fully dissolve into water within 1 minute at the temperature of from minus 4 oC to 35 oC and above 35 oC, it will fully dissolve into water less then 30 seconds.

(5) pH value:pH=6-7.

(6) Toxicity:No absorption to human body and no stimulation to skin.

(8) Biodegradability:It is degradable and the final products are carbon dioxide and water.

(10) Moisture absorption:Moisture absorption happens at the humidity of >90% and no stick happen after drying for long time stay at the atmosphere of >90% humidity.Therefore, atmosphere with humidity of <60% is suggested for storage.

(11) Dissolution in organic solvents:It can not dissolve into most of organic solvents except glycerine, ethylene glycol, amides, diethanolamine and triethanolamine salts and DMSO.

(12) Optical and electrical properties and thermal stability:It is transparent to the visible light and has 77-82% transparency to UV but no transparency to infrared light.It has a higher dielectric constant than the normal insulators (Relative humidity of 50% and frequency of 60 Hz).It shows high thermal stability and is stable at the temperature of less than 140 oC.
