Manufacturing Process:



Mould Making:

Engraving buyer's design on to metal surfice.



Coloring:

Design indentations are carefully hand-filled, one color at a time, using different sized syringes. The piece is then dry



Drying:

To prevent defects, a high degree of skill is required in order to keep each color and the correct amount of PVC in the proper area.



Baking:

The metal piece is baked at approximately 350F for four to five minutes.



Elimination:

Waste material is disposed of after the piece has been removed from the mold using the tweezers or small scissors.
