- When we open the cover of the box, melody starts once the machinery is wound up thanks to a key behind the box
- Under the cover, a ballet girl is turning round(rotation system connected with the mechanism of the music)
- A mirror inside the cover
- Box has two drawers as well as 2 small transparent doors
- Inside each drawer is decorated with red velvet to hold jewellery
