36W UV Lamps (BS-0013) Instructions for Use

Model:

Fluorescent tube table lamp with two internal, conventional chokes

(2x9 Watts each)



Technical data:

Power input: 4 x 9 Watt

Operating nominal voltage of the tubes:

70 Volt / 50Hz

Primary stress of the chokes/mains voltage:

230 Volt

(We can also produce 110V according to your request.)



Start-up:

Push mains plug into socket (220V-240V/50Hz).

Press operating switch (red switch) at the back of the machine.

The tubes switch off automatically after about 2 minutes.



Shutdown:

Disconnect lamp from the mains supply when not in use (pull plug

Out of the socket).



Appropriate handling:

Place your hand in the lamp. When working with UV gels, please follow the instructions of the gel supplier. In general, the length of radiation needed to harden a UV gel in layer of 2-3 mm thick is approx 120 seconds

If a technically perfect gel does not harden sufficiently, it may be necessary to replace the fluorescent tubes. We recommend that our specialists carry out the replacement. If not, we recommend the following procedure:

Fist switch off the lamp and pull the plug out of the socket. Pull the tubes out of the plug- in socket along the longitudinal axis(snap-in lock) and then put the new tubes in accordingly. The tubes must fit into place with an audibe snap. Please dispose of the old fluorescent tubes in the containers especially provided...
